From his early days helping in his father’s jewelry store in Brooklyn to building a career in real estate, Albert Benzaken’s journey has always been rooted in connection and trust. A casual conversation his father once had with a customer who was a broker inspired Albert to pursue real estate, and in 2003, he earned his license. Within his first six months, he sold six homes, confirming his passion for guiding families through one of life’s biggest decisions.

After spending a few years with a large franchise, Albert realized he wanted more than just sales; he wanted a personal touch. Joining Martino Realty Group in 2005 provided exactly that. At Martino, clients are treated like family, and Albert has carried that philosophy with him ever since. Many of his client relationships have turned into lifelong friendships, including one that led to him becoming a godfather. For Albert, real estate is about more than transactions; it’s about showing up for people whenever they need him.

Over the years, Albert has expanded his expertise, becoming a licensed mortgage loan originator with Richmond County Mortgage and offering his fluency in French and Portuguese to better serve diverse clients. His dedication and consistent results have earned him a place in the SIBOR Top Producer Hall of Fame for over a decade. Whether working in Staten Island, Brooklyn, or beyond, Albert is known for his honesty, local knowledge, and unwavering commitment. Outside of real estate, his proudest role is being a father, cheering on his kids at recitals, driver’s ed, and every milestone in between.
