ABOUT CAREN

Caren Collins Aglio brings warmth, honesty, and a genuine love of helping people to her role as a NYS Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Martino Realty Group. After building a career in healthcare as a licensed CT technologist, along with experience in hospitality, Caren found a natural next chapter in real estate—one that combines her eye for detail, appreciation for homes, and desire to guide people through some of life’s biggest transitions.

Her background has shaped the way she works with every client. Healthcare taught Caren the importance of precision, discretion, empathy, and staying calm when situations feel stressful, while hospitality strengthened her ability to listen, connect, and make people feel comfortable. Whether she’s helping a first-time buyer understand the process or working with a homeowner preparing to sell, Caren leads with patience and clear communication. She believes clients deserve honest guidance without pressure and an agent who listens to concerns, thinks ahead, and looks for solutions.

Born in Richmond, Virginia, Caren later lived in Marietta, Georgia before moving to Staten Island at 15. Staten Island has been home for most of her life, and today she serves buyers and sellers throughout Staten Island and Brooklyn. As a wife and mother of three, she understands how personal the idea of home can be. It’s where everyday routines, celebrations, milestones, and quiet moments become lasting memories—and that perspective is at the heart of the way she approaches real estate.

When she’s not working, Caren enjoys spending time with her husband and three children and staying active. Her journey from hospitality to medical imaging and now real estate has given her a unique combination of compassion, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. If you’re thinking about buying, selling, or simply trying to figure out your next step, Caren is ready to start with an honest, no-pressure conversation and help make the process feel a little more manageable.

Warm, honest guidance for every chapter of home.
