As the Broker/Owner of Martino Realty Group and President & Broker of Richmond County Mortgage, he has guided thousands of families through more than 2,500 transactions, representing over $1 billion in sales. His journey began at just 18, when a family home sale sparked the passion that would shape his life’s work.

From Westerleigh Realty to Sharrotts Development, where he served as Director of Sales, Charles gained invaluable experience before founding Martino Realty Group in 2005. Known for his steady leadership and mentorship, he believes that “if you take money out of the equation, you’ll do the right thing.” That philosophy continues to guide his work and inspire the Realtors he trains, including his ongoing efforts teaching buyer agency and representation classes to raise professional standards across the industry.

Today, Charles is recognized as one of Staten Island’s most respected real estate leaders, having been awarded Realtor of the Year by the Staten Island Board of Realtors.
