ABOUT FRANK
Yiu Mo “Frank” Yu believes that success has no age limit and that it’s never too late to pursue a new passion. At 65, Frank began an exciting new chapter in real estate, bringing a lifetime of experience, dedication, and a genuine desire to help others to Martino Realty Group.
Originally from Hong Kong, Frank moved to the United States in 1984 and has proudly called Staten Island home for over 25 years. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, he enjoys connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and helping clients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their real estate journey.
Before entering real estate, Frank built his career in the restaurant industry, most recently working in a vegan restaurant, and gained valuable experience in automotive sales. These experiences strengthened his customer service skills and reinforced his belief that honesty, compassion, commitment, and client satisfaction should always come first.
Inspired by the story of Colonel Sanders, who found success with Kentucky Fried Chicken later in life, Frank embraces the idea that new beginnings can lead to great opportunities at any age. He brings that same optimism, determination, and hardworking spirit to helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.
Outside of real estate, Frank is a devoted husband, proud father of one daughter, and volunteer vegan chef for a nonprofit organization. Whether serving his community or guiding clients through an important milestone, Frank is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of others.
As a member of Martino Realty Group, Frank combines his personal approach with the knowledge, experience, and support of an established Staten Island brokerage to provide clients with honest guidance and dedicated service every step of the way.
