ABOUT RACQUEL

Since 2018, Racquel Comello has had the privilege of helping clients buy and sell homes across Staten Island—but her love for real estate started long before that. Back in 2012, while searching for her own first home, she found herself unofficially stalking the market. That personal experience revealed just how emotional and exciting the process can be, ultimately inspiring a career in real estate.

Racquel’s goal is always to make clients’ lives easier. A natural problem solver, she thrives on handling the details so clients can relax and actually enjoy the journey. Whether it’s finding the perfect property or negotiating a strong deal, Racquel is fully committed. Communication is at the heart of her work, and the phrase “I got it” has become her trademark—assuring clients they’re always in good hands. One of her most meaningful compliments came from an open house visitor who said, “I love you; you’re not a pushy agent.” For Racquel, that moment reinforced her belief that when a home is right, the role of the agent is simply to guide the process seamlessly—not to force a fit.

In 2024, Racquel was honored with the Top Producer Award from the Staten Island Board of Realtors, a recognition of her dedication to both clients and community. Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with family, exploring new places, and always learning something new. Giving back is also important to her, and each year she proudly participates in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk on Staten Island.
